When I try to download VB

    When I try to download VB
    I try to download from here.
    http://www.microsoft.com/express/download/

    I select Visual Basic 2008 Express edition.

    I goes though one download out of like 15
    and I get this

    Setup could not intall the following component.

    Visual C++ runtime pre requisites

    Setup did not attempt to set up the following component:
    And has like 13 things.
    Please, any ideas?
