Error in recent ruling respectfully

Good day guys, just to clarify, I was open and clear before the transaction was conducted that tendyies is the original owner, I communicated this to @CoinRS and he can confirm this..

“Because Abe failed to disclose that he is not the original owner of the account to Coin, he is liable for the $1000 that Coin paid him. Coin is within his right to claim this lump, consequently creating a debt of $1000” ( Tendyies recovered account )

^^ this was communicated on the last post written by @President respectfully, however this isn’t the case.. I made it clear that tendyies was the original owner before anything unfolded and was honest with @CoinRS, staff can refer to coim for confirmation if need be, I believe with 100 percent certainty that I shouldn’t be held liable for this amount as I didn’t have control of the account nor was I originall owner and nor did I have any accurate information regarding the account in question which was proven in the report most recently locked.


With all due respect to staff, unless there is something I am myself confused about or missing, There is an error here if someone can kindly take a look into this and clear the air.
