My server always says "Error Connecting to Server"

    My server always says "Error Connecting to Server"
    I'm kind of new to this but I already have a source and ready to host it, and also, I have a no-ip address, but why can't I log on to the server with the no-ip address? I let the DNS server go by the firewall, and I also enabled the port 43594 thing too...Any suggestions?

    I can log on to my server with localhost as the server IP, but that's only for me...

    try putting in nothing for the server.
