It looks like this user has resold the same account multiple times (appears to be the only account he's sold on Sythe.) There is definite evidence of him recovering/reselling it a minimum of one time.

Appears user he sold it to was offsite or they just didn't use a MM and no vouches were exchanged as he claimed it to be sold again 2 days after recreating the thread.

It seems he has recovered/resold it several times. Due to content being removed from threads the evidence is circumstantial at best for the first two recoveries. However the cached version of the third thread compared with the forth thread confirms the account has been recovered at least once, this is indisputable.

He also seems to have sold the account once more, and will likely recover it again:
