Amsunday's Dispute

I am sorry for posting another dispute, but I have to be able to state my case. I tried contacting several Sythe staff' over MSN, but none of them replied. Thank you again for taking the time to read this.

I did not know that the method was leaked; as many people were SELLING the method in the guide section. If they have a right to sell it, why do I not have a right as well?

I only knew that the method was potentially leaked AFTER I had created my thread. So afterward, I immediately took down my thread and released the guide that I had found, not the one that I was selling. I did NOT take credit for someone elses guide, (this is to your remark on plagiarism) so I did not rip anything! I can even send you my Guide I was selling.

Plagiarism- For what? Selling 'MY' guide in the guide section that 'I' made myself? I did not rip anything from any guide at all. I was simply selling a method that I had found out, just like every other person selling their guides.

If I am being punished for something of this nature, I find it extremely unorthodox. Just because I was selling an RWT Method that was the same method as many other sellers, it doesn't mean that I 'Ripped' anything from there guide! I had made my very own guide on the subject, and in no way did I take parts and pieces from anyone elses work.

Please, I do not believe I did anything wrong. If I can explain anything else to you, I will.

 

I agree with Benwise that your ban was warranted. You'll have to out the month long ban that I issued after your last dispute I'm afraid. Have a nice day.
