Re-Appealing Infraction

Received a Infraction for "false Tagging"
I'm going to go off the bat and say this was me being friendly with Desirex and trying to make friends

Please explain how I have received a infraction for this?
I was not pm'd by him nor was I contacted by anyone to let me know that he isn't happy with it, Im just trying to make friends in the market I like to see my self specialising in "RSPS market". I mean if there is a problem between friends would you not confront your own friend? or would you go straight to the police about it, that pretty much how I feel the situation was handled.

I didn't claim to be his friend as stated above I used a example,I was just trying to create friends in my specialised market as quoted above, there was no harm nor negligence intended your looking at it in a negative light.
I feel this is pretty petty to receive a infraction for never the less, if someone let me know in a PM or something and reached out, this matter wouldn't of occurred

Would like another mod apart from @Shin to handle this.
