hmmm am i wrong for not trusting this guy any more?

so few days ago i bought a account off this guy and paid him and all never asked him for refunds etc same day when i logged on the account got locked id assume due to IP change or something keep in mind it got locked not BANNED. so i msged him on skype where we talk, and he didnt bother msging me i waited about 4 hours anyways after that i reported him for scamming me and soon as i reported him within 2-5 minutes or so he msged me on skype pretty.... fast and he didnt even ask why he just straight jumped me and attacked me for reporting him lol anyways i leave it in ur hand m i wrong or right, what should of i had done better? because it seems like this MOD doesnt support me for protecting my self.... https://gyazo.com/bacfb9f38ad1cd75509b891f9f481639....

i never asked for a refund at start. i never wanted a refund check my vouches i buy many accounts lols.. anyways i asked for a refund for the account because he is keep telling me shit like IF i dont do this he wont give me email account this that.. who would trust such a person? basically he gives me the acccount now month down he cud scam it back after i work my ass off on it or invest on it stupid no? it has happend to me before i been scammed many times n i tried to explain this to mod superflu but seems he dont care even though this guy has no vouches . i bought maxed account from justice1337 for 1050m and never once did i ask him for refund lol.. anyways enjoy and let me know whats up thanks. it just bothers me that im tryna protect my self with proof yet i get told i have no choice.
