Erase my email from a thread please

Hi. I used this website 5 years ago and I openly put my email on a thread here.

Can a moderator/admin remove my email from the thread I started please?

I thought if I had my account deleted it would remove the thread but it didn't so. I am Rodalero... hence... "Rodcool". Can you please remove my email?

Currently staff cannot remove the email from the thread.

So there's no way for me to remove my email from this? This is really unfair.

The only reason I want it removed is because if you google my email it is the first result that pops up on google.

I've been done with this game for years and I'm currently trying to get a career in Policing and I'd rather not have my email pop up in association with this site when they do a background check on me. This is the complete honest reason as to why I want my email removed.

I've read some of the arguments that goes against removing the email but my defense quite honestly is that 5 years ago I was much more immature and didn't understand the severity of posting my email online. I was actually completely shocked that I would openly put it for everyone to see on this website.

I'd really appreciate a removal of it as I'm telling the complete truth here.

 

I actually tried to edit my post to remove it but since the thread got locked by a moderator I could no longer edit my own post.

I for some reason thought that having my account banned would then remove the post.

This is the truth... no matter how fishy it sounds... it's actually what happened and I really wish I could say more but it's as simple as I stated it.

 

Na, they don't like doing it. It makes sense for malicious users but it's really unfair to the legit ones who just genuinely want to remove some info.
