Are you good with customer support? (i need help)

So i'm looking for someone who is good at dealing with customer support people. So a couple of months ago my WoW account got hacked and everytime I recovered it, it got hacked again ( I only recovered after scanning thoroughly my computer, deleting any malaware,viruses, with norton/mcafee/avg/etc. Deleting my cache, cookies, saved passes etc. I called blizzard and got my account recovered once, they said they could not change my secret question. And there is no option to do so on their website. I have full proof it is my account, although i gave up on recovering it. So my question to you guys is what can i tell them to get this shit done. Aka get my account back, them to change my question (which they are fully able to and i know they can.) and to possibly get free bonuses like free char account swaps, (i had made a new acc and have 3 level 70s on it and would like them on my new acc XD not a big deal if this isnt possible though.) Anyone got any ideas? No retards please. any irrelevant or unhelpful(retarded) posts will be reported as spam.

P.S.: I would be willing to send them a copy of my birth certificate/drivers license.

To recover your account your birth certificate would help a lot. Also giving a photo-copy of your cd keys, gamecards, and giving your creditcard info (if you used one) would get it back easily.

I highly doubt they'd let you change the question but ask away, you never know. They probably will tell you to buy an auth.

And I give getting free account transfers a 0.5% chance, but still ask and let them know that you have 2 accounts and shit

Firstly, thanks for the quick response! And I was planning on buying an Auth, but either way they have my secret question so they can call Blizzard and easily ask them to remove it. Which is a pain in the ass.

 

Did you tell them that they know the answer to your secret question? Tell them that and the offer them proof that you're the original owner.

Nope, blizzard will ask for a birth certificate to remove the auth guaranteed (happened w/ my friend)
