Vista Install problems and microsoft sucking

I build my computer a few months ago and purchased a copy of Windows Vista Home Premium (System builders Install 64-bit).
    First the problem.

I go to install it (clean) and it boots from disk. The first screen you see is the loading bar (like when OS loads at beginning of start up) and then it goes to the really pretty vista screen that is supposed to have the options to start the install. Then nothing, I am stuck looking at a pretty screen, No choices, no errors, not anything.

I am using the computer I build now (I installed a copy of XP pro). Anyway, I asked my good friend Google (who has never let me down until now) and that guy didn't know anything =). So I figure the next step was Microsoft, and waiting on hour 46 for a response, so that is doubtful (what was I thinking asking Microsoft for support lol). So, I hope somebody here can at least tell me why I can't suffer the misfortune of vista like everybody else.
Oh, and I know its not the disk as I have tried a different one as well.

Now the specs. (Name, Link under)

    GIGABYTE GA-M750SLI-DS4 AMD Motherboard.

AMD Phenom 9850 BLACK EDITION 2.5GHz Quad-Core Processor

And I believe that is all the relavent information you guys will need. If not, I can post the rest.
