    [Iran's right to nuclear armament]

    Basically,
Iran has a current ongoing nuclear weapons program, according to the United states of America.
Let's not forget that this was the same USA which told us that Saddam Hussein had weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD), which was absolute bollocks.
    I'm british btw.
America's intelligent president has said that it was faulty intelligence which led to the invasion of Iraq.
The intelligence documents which were handed out in the Senate in order to aid the decision to go to Iraq clearly stated that there was no TANGIBLE PROOF of WMD's.
    Fast forward
    Now,
America has said that they will do all in their power to stop the Iranians from gaining Nuclear Weapons status.

Now this is what bugs the shit out of me,
Why the fuck is Israel, a fucking jigsaw puzzle country allowed to have Nuclear armament? While Iran it's neighbour in the middle east isn't??
America (World Police?), have said basically labelled Ahmadinejad a terrorist harbourer?? Do they have any proof?? Yes, you guessed it, BIG FAT NO.

As a sovereign country, i think Iran reserve the right to tell America to fucking do one.
Lets see them try to cut off Iran from the international market with all the oil that they have.

SO basically this is the discussion,

DO YOU FEEL THAT IRAN HAVE THE RIGHT TO DO WHAT THE HELL THEY WANT, AS A SOVEREIGN STATE?

Any country should be allowed to have nuclear weapons, the USA have over 2k nuclear weapons themselves yet they don't let other countries have a single one. The USA acts like they get to control what every country does.

This is a good point , i believe this also caused the american bombings...
That there was this argument over oil/WMD and other critierias and the americans drove the planes into their own buildings because this is a reason to go to war and get oil/fuel this really pisses me off aswell thanks for bringing up this subject.

To this moment, Iran has never supplied coherent explanations for what it is up to, which is yet another indication that we are watching a clandestine nuclear weapons program in operation.
Iran is pursuing two separate paths to nuclear weapons, one that would use highly enriched uranium for nuclear weapons and one that would use plutonium.
The costly infrastructure to perform all of these activities goes well beyond any conceivable peaceful nuclear program. No comparable oil-rich nation has ever engaged, or would be engaged, in this set of activities -- or would pursue them for nearly two decades behind a continuing cloud of secrecy and lies to IAEA inspectors and the international community -- unless it was dead set on building nuclear weapons. So why trust them.

No one gives a shit if you trust Iran, what this thread is trying to point out is that
Iran can do whatever the fuck they want.
They are sovereign, they don't have to answer to anybody, if America didn't have to answer to anybody, why should they?
The Iraq was illegal according to the UN, now America is hopping back into the sack with the UN to try and put Iran off their Uranium enrichment program/Nuke armament :D
at the end of the Iran can do what they want without having to answer to the world police.

This is kinda funny because I just had to do a speech in school on this. So, I believe that Iran has no right to have a nuclear program since time and again they have lied about having one. Also they pose a threat to humanity and the world. How do we know they won't use their program as they say they will? We can't assume that they will do as they say, look at their history and you can see that Iran has always been a violent country, and as many historians have said before, "history repeats itself" so there is only a matter of time before Iran is going on a bloody rampage again. I mean who in their right mind would believe that Iran is making an atom bomb for "peaceful intentions"?? Really, we need to put a stop to Iran and if they won't cooperate, we should invade and take control of the situation or let them go on their merry way and hope to God that they don't blow up the world and start a nuclear war and or a world war III. So I guess what I'm trying to say is that we can't let Iran lie about their nuclear program, we must take action now to stop them and have people inspect them like Saddam and Qaddafi did. (Qaddafi is the current dictator of Libya.)

Iran does indeed pose a threat to the world, they also DO indeed have some nuclear weapons, and if threatened, they will fire one, and they will start a nuclear war. Iran is a ticking time bomb, and should be disarmed immediately!

I had been thinking on this recently.

Ordinarily, if a nation desires to pursue activities that, by themselves, will not harm anybody else, I would assert that I have no business in interfering in what they do. However, with Iran's government (the very same that has expressed wishes for Israel to be "wiped off the map"), I would be all too happy to make it my business, and prevent them from owning nuclear weaponry.
