Captain Panett / Sweet Action

I was banned on Sweet Action for a "Very disturbing PM". The day I was banned I had sold my account to a guy, one of the old passwords I gave him so he could recover the account was the same password as my Sythe.org account. Ok so he took this password and I suppose left someone a "Very disturbing PM". You can check my account history and IP address, I'm telling the truth. Anyway, I posted ehre on the dispute forum and was told to recover my account.
Next I tried to make a new Sythe.org account to sell other accounts of mine on (I've quitting Runescape), well I couldn't because of having another Sythe.org account created on the same IP address, I posted this in the dispute forums too, it was never answered but my dispute was very vague, but then I could make a new account (Captain Planett).
So I was getting my post count up and all of a sudden was banned for ban evading. I think the Ban on Captain Planett was a mistake and should be taken off (It's permanent) or I should get Sweet Action back.

You can tell in Sweet Action's history that the very disturbing PM was sent from a completely different state than the one I live in and am signed into now.

If you don't give Sweet Action back the least you could do is give me Captain Planett.

Hopefully this is thorough enough for you to tell me exactly what's going to happen.
