Epic Noob - Potential Scammer?

And again..... No full on proof of him scamming, apart from peoples words, but it appears he's going to scam someone, and may already have done.

His post of buying a main; Telling people he will not go first, and he will not use an OMM.

If this is not enough for proof, a TWC should be a minimum he escapes with. Just to warn people.
