Reporting Shower001 for unpaid debts with PayPal Verification

How they scammed:
User had PayPal issues. I decided to help them to verify their account by providing them £25 visa card (roughly $31) since their card didn't work. I told them to pay $28 and they have still not paid.

Since I told him to pay me once he was sure everything was working he reached out to me on Discord asking for my BTC address to send me the payment in which I sent him the BTC address so he could send me the $28:

As you could see I sent him the address but he still didn't send the payment.

I then got frustrated so decided to message him on Whatsapp. Here is the chat and you can clearly see him ignoring me:

I clearly told him I want my $28 by the 2nd Jan 2019 and he clearly acknowledged it but yet he has still not made any kind of payment and he's a day late now. I clearly wanted to resolve this but he is just stalling time now and this is ridiculous. I've censored his name because I don't want to reveal private information.

I can also proof that is his Whatsapp number but I prefer to keep in private post since I don't wanna reveal his actual identity to public.

Hey, first of all, I never asked for your help as such, he offered to help me and I accepted, second, the "$ 28" card which he mentions that I owe him, just use the codes he sent me to verify my Paypal account because he decided to help me, I went on vacation and I have not been at home, I told him I would return in January and I find this? Also, he wants me to pay something and I have not spent that money, how do I pay something that did not really work for me? Now, if I tell you that I'm on vacation and I do not have access to any of my accounts because all that control is in my house, I just can not wait for it to arrive? In all the chat that he went up, tell me in which I said "hey, sell me a gif card to activate my account" Well no, he offered and I am grateful as such, but these are not the ways because the one who committed He was the one and had to accept my terms since I did not ask him anything.

Look, he offer me, why he put this reported? i tell him, i can pay you when i come back to my home and he tell me "ok"

 

What I do? I take a plane and leave my whole family to return to pay 28 $$ that I never ordered and never spent? Because I certainly did not use them.

 

I told him i pay when i come back to my home and he tell me 2 of january, but im not my home rn and dont have access to my wallet with me, i tell him this and he acept, really i dont know why he create this reported.

 

i am not scamm, i told him, i was of vacation... If he does not understand that, then I can not do anything, I just told him to wait.

 

So you see, I was so grateful for what he did, that even though it only helped me to verify, but not to get the $ from the card, I offered to pay, which basically I'm losing 28 $ never use

I think your forgetting something here.

First off look at this image

You are the one who said you can pay. Thats your fault and I said ok. I also made it clear $28, the card has around $31 on it (according to google exchange rates).

Please also note that the card does work and his PP is verified as you can see from an earlier image shown here:

Oh yeah and look at me proving the card works. Him saying he loses $28, thats not true. He already started to use money on the card:


His PP is verified yes and he was still able to pay with the money on the card so it's clearly a working card. This point is not relevant.

Even if he didn't spend the whole $28, he definitely spent some so he's a liar.

 

Oh yeah also he agreed to my terms. I said $28, I clearly told him that payment was due by 2nd Jan 2019 BECAUSE I expected him to be on vacation forever. It's the typical excuse. I've heard this over a million times, you can even see my whatsapp messages btw.

CLEARLY SHOWS CARD HAS BEEN CONFIRMED ON YOUR PP so I don't know what you're getting at. The card clearly allows you to make payments and not only that it has also been confirmed on your PP account. Everything must've worked else you'd not have messaged me on Discord asking for BTC address. You clearly agreed to pay now you are stalling. This is typical scammer behaviour.

 

Also if he says anything about Hostalia, thats not my problem. Go take a look at Skype/Discord logs. It's clearly a fault on his end and not mine obviously.



He's the one who chose this hosting provider btw. Not me.
