    Well, if you read the [FULL PROOF]TehNoobWorld is a Scammer[FULL PROOF

    I logged in today, I joined TehNoobWorlds RS acc named "Barrage Tax" his CC.
    Then i asked some few friends from him if he was Online.
    And what do you think? He really was online..

    Why am I reporting TehNoobWorld if he only scammed Boete?
    I report him because he also scammed, Boete is my friend in RL.
    He asked me to loan him cash, so i did that.
    I also saw that he scammed Boete and gave him the wrong pass.

    Here is the proof that he was Online today 21Feb2009.
    Ban this idiot.
