    Hi,

I sold gold on QuickRSGP but was not paid the amount i was supposed to get. I sold 300m for 1.15/m BTC however i only revived $340 worth.

Screenshot of confirmation of selling and the amount i should recieve. Clearly it states 300m was sold and 345 should be sent in the next 10 minutes. This was at 10.21PM my time.

I spoke to their livechat however they kept insisting it was problem at my end and everything with their system was working fine.

Later on ErikHo emailed me and said it was a problem on their end and payment was sent.

This is how much i received and the time. Because of the problem at their end, i received the BTC when it was $401/btc hence the below amount resulting in $340. If i had receive the btc 2 hrs earlier when i should have, it would've been $345.

I'm confused. Did you receive the btc initially at 345$ and it later dropped to 340$?

    Hey Dunworry,

Nope as you can see from the last screenshot, i received exactly $340. The amount you receive will never change on coinbase despite the fluctuation of BTC prices because it only reflects the amount received at that moment.

Only amount that will change due to the fluctuations is your total amount as that reflects the actual prices of BTC.

The way I see it, sending btc between different wallets with a fluxuating price could certainly cause him to send 345$ and you to only receive 340$. With a fluid price of bitcoin, that's how it goes sometimes =\
