Explanation of the trade: Sent money, they did not pay out, asked for a refund. And they still did not pay out.
How they scammed:
Sent 380 USD for gold around 06/22. He obviously did not have it, and offered a refund on Wednesday last week. He pushed it back all the way to today, and now I see I'm blocked.
