Vouch Addon, Maybe?

Ok, so i've seen the suggestions for a vouch "counter" were you can + or - on there vouches but everyone know that this will get misused with "fake" vouches.

What I was thinking is that there should be a box to the left of your post count, location, etc. It would be like this or something similiar -



You will be able to click on each of the positive, neutral, or negative's to show the comments of that section of vouches. Which will come up with something looking like this -



To prevent misuse of the vouch section, the following procedures could be set in place -

1) User Must Have 100+ Posts
2) User Must Have To Of Been A Member For 6 Month's
3) All Vouches Will Be Reviewed By A Certain Team Of Members
