He has no debts from when his account was compromised, and the IP lines up with the original owner of the account (not the hacker), therefore I'll leave him be. @EmusixYT If you'd like to attempt to retrieve your old account back, then make another post here - Account Recovery & Creation (following up on what Charlotte asked would probably be your best bet to speed up the process, and keep in mind information you post there is private for staff-only view as it remains unapproved until the staff member handling it responds / approves it).
