Is there any way for me to email or call jagex and ask them to help me recover my accounts

Problems I Face: I was like 11 or 12 when I made them and I quit so there is no way I know usernames buht I might know the passwords

Can they just recover them through my IP and they tell me the email I used and I can sign on the email and recover there

Post 2006, all surnames of Jagex community Mods were removed from the OLD Runescape customer support page.

This old page included their full name. As it was obvious most of them were residing in Camebridge, many people found out there Phone #'s and actually called their house.

How do i know this?

A group of friends and I were IP banned / BlackListed in 2005 by Mod Hulme, for many wrong doings on Runescape. Hacking Pmods, Keylogging etc. All this back then was easy; due to AIM/Old msn not showing the file type; I.E. sending .exe's over AIM/MSN. After i was banned, i persisted to email Mod Hulme / call his house lol, leaving me fucked for 4 years.

Note: i never actually did any of the above, all were done by friends; however i did call/email him lol.

Bare in mind i was 13/14 then. I was unable to play, without changing my Mac Address / using a VPN, until 2009.

If you made the accounts a while ago, they wouldn't have an email address linked to them, so I'm a bit confused why you brought up Jagex telling you the email address you used.

Anyways, like others have already stated, you're out of luck unless you can remember the username, and are recovering it from the same IP you created them from.

 

Ring up they're helpline and ask them.
