Safe Trade?

I am thinking about buying the account listed above. I will be paying A/W. Seeing as this is a pretty rare account, I really want it.

I do have some concerns. I have yet to talk to him, but he does have 30 vouches. I will be using an OMM, but I do have a question: is this a safe trade?

 

To be honest, there are no "safe trades" when it comes to accounts. You might be fine for half a year, and then BAM he recovers it.

I personally wouldn't buy an account, but if you're willing to lose the money if anything goes wrong then go ahead.

 

well its 50/50 , depending on how you pay if he accepts paypal then good, IF he recovers than account back then u chargeback , accounbt will always be recovered by the owner no matter what unless he gets an amnesia, no way to prevent him from recovering tha account back

 

I can see where you are coming from. What would you recommend I do? I'm looking for a good 99 (construction, dung, herb, farm) something that looks good. Should I look for an account with that or have someone level it?

Edit: I've decided to buy from KeroKero (prolly the most trusted seller) and have someone bot it.

 

accounts can always be taken back, make sure u have a recovery test. Watch out for newcomers and check that the vouches are legitimate.

 

to be honest. I suggest you just pay someone to get you your desired stats.
A lot of times it can end up costing you HALF of the cost of buying an
account. Just do increments. They get you 500k xps, you give 2m or w/e, etc.

 

There are no safe trades so, try to get a recovery check during the trade if possible and if not, then just make sure to get every information out of him about the account before handing your cash over.
