How to get money back from thersgold.com?

hey guys so my friend said to buy from them instead of buying from a individual seller (what i normally do) he said it will take 5-15 minutes... little did i know he meant 2+ hours. they refuse to refund me now when i ask to refund my paypal they say their having issues with their paypal account and i have to pay western union then they will refund me. how am i supposed to get my money back without giving them more money?
