Hello,

This situation started with a worker who violated my server rules and caused issues in multiple tickets. Based on that, I initially held his deposit and balance according to my terms, which all workers agree to before working.

However, after the moderator’s (Zulu) instruction, I fully complied and paid him for all completed work and refunded his deposit, even though he had broken our rules.

After receiving his full payment, the worker began claiming additional payments from old tickets without providing any clear proof or specifying a valid amount. I was cooperating with the moderator and had already started providing ticket transcripts privately, and I was in the process of submitting the remaining evidence.

Before I could complete providing all the requested information, I was issued a ban and asked to either pay an undefined “debt” or open a dispute.

At this point:

• The worker has already received all payments for completed work.
• His deposit has been refunded.
• There is no clear or proven outstanding debt.

I believe the ban was issued prematurely while I was actively cooperating and following instructions.

I am fully willing to provide all ticket transcripts and any additional proof. I respectfully ask for a fair review, as I have complied with all instructions and there are no outstanding payments owed.

If Sythe determines that any specific amount is legitimately owed, I am fully willing to pay it. However, I followed my own agreed-upon terms with the worker, and I was not instructed to make any additional payments before the ban was issued. The ban was applied without a clear or defined outstanding amount.
