How he scammed:
3 Months ago, when i came back from my Runescape break, i talked to ment to help the server and i would buy a rank, which I paid 60M 07. A bit later I upgraded it for 10M to 30M max low tier rank. Today 3 Months later, he told me, i lost my rank, cause i sold keys and i am not trustworthy anymore after asking a refund of the rank. wtf? I‘ll link all Screenshots of full chats below. I created a copy of the Spreadsheet of the Host rules. There‘s nothing written there, that I get no refund, if i am selling keys. As Alex and Mentarley are saying. If Mentarley tries to change the Spreadsheet, I made a full video i will post here, to proof the legitimacy of it. I know, i can‘t get a refund with the Sythe terms. But i want to show every1 how untrustworthy and immatural he is and I am requesting a TWC once his DNT will be removed.

Gregs was repetitively asking for a refund he has made money off the clan. And that is the reason I don't feel like refunding. (rule 6 protects me against these type of things) in the contract he agreed to. Because on top of that I haven't got the money to do so. I don't feel that gregs deserves a refund the way he reacted about me taking a back seat in the clan to focus on my new job. And it clearly states in rule 6 that you cannot get refunded for the rank.





I feel that after the way Gregs acted that he would become a liability and a customer would get scammed because you wanted to get back some money on your rank. That's why you was deranked.

 

So you think I am scamming 30M when I have my own server + 100$ Donor Status on sythe.

I never made much profit as a Host in the server. How should i make money, when u told me since 2 Months, I shouldn’t do any Giveaways anymore. Spend at least 50M in the Giveaways + paying out. How should I make money with 1 Bettor...
