Two of the accounts banned did have the same skype account, however the other two, tecra/eltomo have different skypes, do you have any other evidence to suggest this claim?

Remember the IP audit isn't 100% proof, i myself have a partial matching ip with many other sythe users aswell.

also moved to the correct section.
