Hi guys, I'm Snowbunnies and I do free boosts during the week and weekends sometimes to help out the sythe community.
My limits are other boosters shoveling their orders on to me is a big nono and I limit 2-3 divisions per client per week depending on traffic flow.

I'm quite confident that vouching is not permitted for free boosts. However this is a nice thing you are doing for the sythe community or who ever lurks, just do understand that if people do happen to let u boost that a transaction has to take place before you and (he/she) can vouch each other, as it is given for trades.
