    Can't we delete disputes that were posted by someone that made another account? (as to posting as a guest)

    When you think about it, if they're too dumb to notice the giant bolded stickies at the top of every page, they don't deserve to come back.

    you CAN mak a dispute as a guest, if you think you got banned for no reason

    Precisely. I'm saying delete the disputes where people register a new account until they get the picture ;)

    Well, yeah...generally if they want a rule to be followed they'll place some restrictions to the contrary?

    the dispute forums are for people who got banned, but feel they were unfairly banned or have evidence that will get them unbanned

    eg.
    hacked er w/e

    I think everyone deserves a second chance, plus sometimes they gey "elated" when they're banned... forget things.
