It has been discovered that @Abe never told @tendyies that he was NOT the OO of this account, despite his thread saying that he was.

@Abe is required to refund @tendyies the full amount for this account. @Abe is unable to repay as of now, so he has been banned 3 months for scamming + will keep a permanent DNT he will have to pardon for. The pardonable offenses will be scamming + lying about not being OO. This debt must be repaid in full in order to submit a pardon request.
