Reporting Discworld

Before he scams anyone (including me) I want to report Discworld. For a prefacing TL;DR:

Discworld sold a level 3 skiller account on Sythe to a user named "Alex MacMillan", then recovered the account, and is attempting to sell it again.

Discworld contacted me based on my thread looking for a level 3 skiller to buy. He provided screenshots of the statistics and no bank pin, but once I did a little investigating I could see that he'd sold the account before. I messaged my MM (Blaze on Sythe) who contacted a Mod to look at matching IPs to Discworld's username, one of which connected with a Do-Not-Trade-flagged user named TrustGaming.

I looked back on the previous thread he had posted, in which he actually sold the account for the first time. I found the user "Alex MacMillan"s Sythe account, who had bought the account the first time. (MM Thread Included Imgur)

I messaged Alex to find out if he knew what was going on.

Discworld had claimed that Alex had gotten the account banned, he recovered it, and has since played on it.
Then he also claimed that he "bought" the account back from Alex.
