Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!:
1. Very quickly understood how to use the site, made a vouch and welcome thread in the first few hours on Sythe. (while this is not illegal, it's very weird behavior imho)
2. IP match to all the previously banned users in the TPM thread linked below, which was enough for a ban before.
