Explain the service: Fire cape service not completed. He completed part of it and said he would be done in 2 hours. 4 hours later I log in and it's not done and I'm dead. He's refusing to pay back the full amount, only partial. He didn't complete the service, he should have to give a full refund. Time means nothing if the time used wasn't used for the right thing. Another point I'd like to bring up.


In case lets say he died at Jad. He'd redo the service at his own expense. This isn't my liability as he said he'd be done in 2 hours, and 4 hours later I log in and die immediately. If anything, he should redo the service or refund.

He said "should be done in 2" which is not any kind of time guarantee. You broke his terms by logging in so he's refunding you 5m which I am currently holding. He'll give you my skype and you can add me and I'll get you refunded
