Elekon: Account Recovery

Hello, I am trying to recover my sythe account. I remember my email was (removed) but I cannot access it. I have done many recovery attempts to recover my email but it seems like someone else has been using it because it keeps getting denied even though I have the right information. I cannot recover my sythe account with forgotten password either because I cannot access my mail account.

Recently got back into the game and trying to sell an in-game name I tried to sell in the past. I am posting from my home IP address.
