B>ventrilo.exe (sorry if this is in the wrong section)

so sorry if this in the wrong section, i've been looking high and low to find ventrilo.exe LAN cheat but cant find it anywhere, MPC forums ban you for asking so i figured i'd try here.
if anyones able to enlighten me as to where to get it, or even better, a trusted/vouched member sell me it (i know this is my first post, i'll try my best to prove i'm legit )

like whether its a subscription thing, where it can be found origonally
how much you'd want for it, whether its detected or not?
