Eldorado.gg Banned Me Without Any Reason

Hey everyone,

I’ve been an Eldorado seller for around 1 year and have received about 750 reviews. Four days ago, after completing a normal Xbox Game Pass top-up order, I suddenly received a notification that my account had been permanently suspended.

I submitted an appeal immediately, and it has now been 4 days with no update beyond “in progress.” I also contacted support by email and was told the suspension was due to an internal decision, that no further explanation would be provided, and that the decision is permanent.

This is one of the most absurd policy I've ever seen, suspended a legit seller without any warning, any reason and then saying they can do whatever they want is just outrageous.

If anyone from Eldorado can help me, I'll be really thankful. I'm ready to provide any proof that is required (it's been 4 days and I have no clue why I was banned all of the sudden).

I've been relying on my store for so long, it is so heart breaking to see something go like this on which you've put so much time and effort and worked sincerely

Update: They reduced the ban from permanent to 14 days. I'm really thankful to Eldorado.gg for solving my matter. Thank you guys!
