I could not find a single mention of his scamming ban. This ban occurred on the profile.

As for proof of him being the same person aside from the IP match, many of the above disputes/profiles confirm his name is Mike. Not to mention the fact that this profile was banned 7/4/09, exactly one day prior to the arrival of Demented_Radio.

There was another scam report that was inconclusive against another Sythe.org profile of his but unfortunately I lost the link.

I also found out he had a Powerbot profile thanks to this post from FireZ:

And discovered the Powerbot account is now banned as well:

I have requested the ban reason from a Powerbot moderator and am awaiting a response.

It is quite obvious he has been avoiding any mention of his scamming past in all previous pardon attempts and disputes. He's been lying for years saying that all he's been guilty of is evasion and self vouching when in fact that isn't true. If he still can't tell the truth 6 years later and is pretending the scam never happened, that's pretty sad.
