I do enjoy reading and writing on this site and would like to continue to do so. I make new accounts and get banned pretty much instantly so i thought i'd give this another go, cheers!

He more than likely has you blocked, but Ghandi himself is banned but only for "Leaking personal information" so he's not a scammer himself.
I'd like you to create a fresh Skype and try and get in contact with him as he more than likely has you blocked.

32m 07 back in Nov 2015 was worth $1/m, so you'll need to repay him 32m or $32
Create a new Skype, add him, wait a few days and get back to us with whether he replies or not, if not, we'll find a new scam victim for you to repay.
