    ehhhh......

    It just looks like you set alot of c4d's on different opacity's and settings, its good but you should incorporate that method into a signature, not just make it the signature itself. :) The text could use some work and the lighting may need to be toned down.

    ehhhh......

    The low quality has to do something with tinypic. Idk why. ill use a diffrent host next time. Thanks for all the feed back ill try incorporating the style into an actual sig. later. thanks for the feedback :D

    Make sure you're encoding it (saving) as a .png. This is by far the most high quality image encoder, and it supports alpha transparencies (anywhere from 0%-100% opacity, rather than binary, which is either 0% OR 100%). .gif files (the file type you're using) is useful for somethings (browser support, right down to the very first IE) and animation is easy; it is in itself an outdated filetype. Don't use it for sigs.

    If the image looks better on your computer rather than uploaded, it's possible you're working in a zoomed environment in photoshop. Just to make sure you're not, select the magnifying tool, right click on your image, and select Actual Pixels.
