Eh i suck

I tryed to make one similar to the one i got in my signature already.
The one in my sign i paid $1 for on rsbot.org..

I used gimp..




anyone know how to do outerglow on gimp???

What is that effect called?
I know you have to use the pen tool for it.

The pen tool, not sure what it's called exactly, but uses the pen tool by converting the brush tool to the abstract according settings. After drawing a path with the pen tool over the specified image, you stroke the path with the brush, then mess around with the blending options, primarily the outer glow setting.

As for gimp, not much I can help you with my friend.

 

eh i know =/, but my computer can barly run photoshop lol...
