When is you money safe on paypal?

I was wondering if it ever becomes to late for someone to charge back. Is there a set time where the money on your account is safe. Because I'm making some money but I kind of don't want to touch it till I know I cant be charged back.

 

I used one paypal for when pins were legal.
And I sent to my main.

Too bad that one is limited atm cause too much flow into my account. lmao.

 

its 45 days for disputes sorted between the two people, 60 days before a bank can reverse and it isnt possible to get back.
