    "Fast effigy" is also pretty full, as is w117 daemonheim. You should get an effigy filled in mere minutes using either of those methods, as they are more full of offers to assist than requests.

    There are a few effigy assisting CC's that I've found, listed here in order from best/most populated, to the worst/least populated:

    - "Fast Effigy"
    - "Assistclan"
    - "Effigiesplus"
    - "Effigy here"

    The other place you can try is w117 Daemonheim, south of the bank. Good luck my friend, I feel your pain! Took me 3 hours to open 4 effigies yesterday.
