    Dear Charlotte,

    Possibly, the email address was used may have been (removed). It has been a long time, however, and I'm not sure how else to verify myself; are there any other steps I can take?

    That email is incorrect. As I said before, there is not enough info to verify your identity so you are better off creating a new account.
