Ebay issue

Every time I try and review an item I'm trying to sell I get this dumb error.

I'd like to point out that my email id is the same as my eBay accounts email, if that's useful information for you. I've never sold on ebay. But I'd like to start selling things! - ps. I'm not entirely sure if this is the right section of the forum for this issue, so. Sorry in advance. Lol

 

Do you have a paypal created under that email, and is the address confirmed?

 

Try on a PC, mobile sites and apps are not always fully functional, specially for Android. If you don't have a PC on Chrome you can request desktop site so you get the fill site.

 

Your PayPal account may be limited.

 

Do you currently have your Ebay account linked to your PP?

 

Yea it's limited. I have to wait til sometime this month to get my w-2 so I can enter my tax id. Which I think all of this is ridiculous. They have to know every detail of my life to use my PayPal account..

 

Yeah Paypal is a nuisance these days. I remember back in like 08 all you had to do was link your credit card, or something as simple like that. Now you have to link your credit card, link your bank account, send them photo ID of yourself and proof of where you reside, give them your SSN, etc. - not to mention their customer service is horrible.
