The Banned Rank

As you guys know, a lot of members have asked to be banned. I'm also sure that some newer members bug them, thinking they have scammed, not requested a ban.

Look at Pen, people bugged him, thinking he was banned, when he had that title under his name.

So I'm suggesting a somewhat new rank, with all of the same settings as the banned rank, just a different name. Maybe "Requested Ban"

 

If they requested to be banned, why would they care anymore?

 

Not necessarily them caring, but others wondering.

It's not really needed. Do we really need another usergroup for people that requested to be banned? People will find out from other people anyway.

 

It doesn't happen very often.

 

Well, just because they are banned, doesn't mean they don't stop on Msn once in a while.

Sure, the information will eventually be passed around, but it could take awhile.

It would save the person from numerous annoying Msn's.

 

Kind of stupid. All I have to say.

 

It's also kind of stupid to not explain why you think it's stupid in your own words.

 

It would be a long and hauling process of distributing these to everyone who asks for them. There is more necessary things which need to be done.

 

why do people ask to be banned anyway? i mean if you go inactive than just go inactive..........

what if pretend i was a highly trusted global mod and official mm also......

and i requested to be banned......... than what if i decided to come back maybe in like 1 year.....?

I agree, so we should just start handing them out now.

If a moderator has the time to set them to the banned rank after requesting one, they could set them to this rank instead.

 

Don't request to be banned then. By the way, instead of using ".........", you could use a comma or a period.
