Life advice

Alright , so yesterday I worked outside clearing up a yard for a upcoming job running a sceptic through it , anyways I forgot my gloves at home in the morning and was like fuck it , so I worked hard all day moving shit around and cutting down some bushes and dragging it all too a corner of the yard. After work I get home and decide too make a quick bite too eat and then go on the computer too check out sythe. I end up whacking off too some japense schoolgirls like usual and then I took a shower played some RS and took a nap. I wake up and I'm on fire. I have poison ivy all over my balls and legs and arms and face and balls and back and balls. So I need help, wtf do I do ? Do I put a oven mitt on my hand and just lightly massage myself so I don't go insane ? Do I scratch ? Do I burn it with fire ? Do I hire a hooker and make her regret her life choices ? Pls someone help,
