Report/post/reason that got you banned:
Ban Evasion - previous account for EliteGP was banned.
Ban has been lifted, requesting a pardon for DNT.

Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims:
Detailed in previous pardon request. Everyone was repaid & there are no outstanding debts.

Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now:
We accidentally also broke the rule for stating 'X' number of vouches, when not all of those vouches were listed in our Sythe thread. As was in the previous pardon request, we deeply apologise for that, as we hadn't properly read the rules. Since then, we have had a good read & understand, so we will not be stating on our threads any number of vouches beyond what is actually on Sythe.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:
There was a disagreement between RuneStake & our old brand; EliteGP, over a sponsorship amount that was owed.
We repaid all outstanding information at the current rate of USD -> GP, which resulted in a payment to RuneStake of GP that was approximately twice the agreed fee for sponsorship, so all debts have been repaid. This was the reason for the original ban.
All of this is detailed in the previous pardon request.

Since then, we have also served a further 3 month ban from Sythe & taken the time to re-evaluate our brand & how we would like to portray it to the market going forward, in line with all Sythe rules.
We have also taken on board direct feedback from Sythe Moderators regarding the removal of any Open Market forums that used to exist in our Discord (e.g. Account & Username Sales), in order to be compliant with Sythe's rules. This has been the case for a number of months now.

As we have served our ban period, repaid all debts & apologised to the community - we believe the time is right to request our full re-integration into the Sythe community.
As a business & as individuals we have reformed & understand the wrongdoings committed in the past, so we will not commit such infractions against Sythe rules again. Once more, we truly apologise.
