Another quick guide from me, explaining a few ways you can manipulate your recycle bin. I saw another guy that posted a method, but I find this one easy.
First of all, you need to download this file:

Once you have donwloaded it, you have four options:
All you have to do is double click what you want and its done.

- Delete Recycle Bin
- Enable Renaming Recycle Bin (Press F2 + Rename it)
- Undelete Recycle Bin
- Restore To Factory Defaults
All you have to do is double click what you want and its done.
