In edgeville dungeon wilderness at level 3 (Before chaos druids) There are level 13 thugs. Thugs are aggressive for 15-20 minutes and drop herbs (Ranarr up) quite often, Just check back every few minutes so you dont forget your drops! I have averaged 200k+ each inventory by ignoring irits and cadantines

Not to be rude but its so straight forward... What do you want be to screeny? Me waving at you from the location? Sorry, but IMO if you doing know where to go than your a little special in the head.
