Easy price check please ~ Level 3, 1 Skill 99

Sorry that I didn't use the format, I am new and this should be an easy one since it's very basic.

Both accounts have no offenses, both accounts were made 2+ years ago, and both accounts have decent names.

Acc 1:
1 everything, 3 agility, 10 hp, and 99 Fletching.
Acc 2:
1 everything, 10 hp, and 84 Fletching.

Bonus question: How much would an account worth be boosted if it held a hi-score rank of 35 or less (melee)

Account 1. I say about $1.50
Account 2. $1.25

Fletching is simple. Melee stats would make the price a higher.

 

I would have to disagree with the post above me ^ A 99 skill in my opinion doesn't go for that low. For account one you can get at least 30-35 bucks and the other one for $15-25
