How to get it unbanned?

I had 2 accounts that were banned the same day in 2007 for the same ban (RWT).

They were my accounts and I was drop trading, however.

The first account was recently unbanned after I resubmitted an appeal I was granted.
The second account, however, was not offered the chance to appeal (No idea why).

I feel if I can get the appeal on the second account I could get it back as well, along with a few rares.

How do I get Jagex to offer me a final appeal?

Well I gave money to the second account, but then gave it back again. So they were equally guilty lol.

 

If i mail them will they give us a chace to re-appeal?
