That's a Private Server,you can tell.
The firecape didn't Look like that for about 2 years; Hence He doesn't Have a 471 Gameframe or 377 cache.
Nice fake,When you're gonna fake on Private servers get a 377 cache for updated items.

 

So many people on picture forums showing off banks or items are using private servers most of the time. People should get banned for putting fake pictures, it's so annoying and there's not point, it's not like you're going to get a gold medal for having good items even if they're fake or not.
